We’re looking forward to the anniversary and exceptionally joyful 30th edition of Poland’s oldest and most prestigious gathering of real estate market experts—the Annual Commercial Real Estate Market Conference, organized by us since 1994!

As always, the conference will feature top experts and practitioners, whose presence over the past three decades has guaranteed insightful discussions, the latest market updates, and a unique networking opportunity. We’ll traditionally review the past year, identify the strongest sectors, highlight the major challenges, most prominent trends, and alluring “promised lands.” Additionally, we’ll discuss the situation in key markets and present forecasts for the coming months.

The market is gradually picking up speed, and investors are once again showing interest in core assets.

Office buildings are no longer being constructed as frequently, and those few new projects are leased quickly, even as terms like “optimization” and “hybrid model” remain in tenants’ vocabulary. And what does the flex space market have to say about all this? Warehouses remain a hot commodity, though they’re no longer charging ahead at breakneck speed. What about retail properties?
