Is PRS a profitable business?

As the year draws to a close, the time comes for summaries, analysis and drawing conclusions. And for precisely this purpose, Eurobuild CEE will be holding (for the 27th time) its Annual Property Market Convention in Poland. During the event, each Individual real estate sector – including PRS – will be analysed by the market experts.

The private rental sector is one of the newest asset classes available to investors on the Polish real estate market. The PRS market is in an early stage of development and still has a long way to go to reach maturity. At the conference, a panel of experts under the moderating eye of Kamil Kowa of Savills Poland will discuss the scale of the existing rental housing market in Poland, the prospects for its further growth and the profitability of running an apartment rental business.
